Project12Baskets provides best of class software, called AbundanceWeaver, to facilitate every step in the fundraising process and to harness the power of electronic commerce. Beginning with the initial campaign organization, AbundanceWeaver tracks progress and improves communications throughout the organization.

In addition, Project12Baskets provides each charity new visibility to its donor bases. Many organizations just don’t have access to comprehensive lists of those who donate and they don’t have a good mechanism for communicating need rapidly. AbundanceWeaver changes all that by collecting current e-mail addresses and contact information from donors on an ongoing basis.

Timely information is extremely important to any successful project and AbundanceWeaver generates several types of useful reports.

Goal Status Report

In this example, the Project Charter’s goal is $10,000 for bleachers for the football field. The current status is given with a month-by-month progress recap and a listing of the top five donors. Instantly anyone can see that at $4,578, almost half of the goal has been reached. By recognizing a decrease in the previous month’s progress, additional advertising may be needed to raise awareness and stimulate interest in achieving this goal.

Comparison Report

This report shows progress made during different time frames. You can compare the last quarter to the previous quarter or the last quarter from one year earlier, etc. You can also see the names of the top donors. Obviously, this information is not available to everyone. Access is role based within AbundanceWeaver so that only those with the authority are able to view certain reports.

Sellers Report

This report recaps the items that have been sold by category for a given time frame. In this example you are able to see that books, at 21 auctions completed, are the highest selling item in the last three months. Yet, with only 5 auctions completed, dolls have generated $1,000 - close to half of the total amount collected so far.

Organizations can use this information to stimulate further contributions of those Hot Items that are generating top dollars. Donors can use this information to search their closets and attics for these treasures that could be generating tremendous value to the charity. Everyone benefits!
