Martin McPherson

Vice President (Mid Atlantic), Project 12 Baskets, LLC

As Vice President Mid Atlantic, Martin is responsible for sharing the Project 12 Baskets vision and helping charities implement this innovative donor management solution. Martin draws on over 30 years experience as a quality professional in both manufacturing and service related industries. Martin is an ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God and has over 20 years hands-on experience pastoring churches on both sides of the Atlantic and fully understands the challenges faced by charitable organizations in terms of fund raising.

He has conducted third-party ISO9000 and QS-9000/TS 16949 audits in Europe, North and South America and Canada, for reputable Registrars. Martin’s primary focus over the last six years has been the establishment and gaining certification to SAS-70 Type II in the Human Capital Management arena. Martin’s process oriented background will serve charities and the Project 12 Baskets organization immensely through the growth of their joint fundraising efforts.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and is an AMIM of the Institute of Metals, MIQA of the Institute of Quality Assurance, I.Eng of the Chartered Engineers Board, Member of American Society of Quality (ASQ) and Registered Lead Auditor with the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) in North America.
