Rob has over 28 years of sales and corporate management experience primarily in the IT Professional Services industry. He has held positions as President of an IT Training Division, Vice President of Sales, Partner in a technical services firm, and owner of an advertising and marketing consulting company. Most recently, he served Chimes, Inc. as Product Director of Pay rolling Practice. He possesses rich experience in building highly effective, virtual teams.

Building on his expertise as a team builder and motivator, Rob's mission at Project12Baskets involves the development of a state and regional sales organization dedicated to changing the fundraising and Donor cultivation paradigms employed by charitable organization. He will show charities the value of leftovers. To accomplish this task, he is weaving an organization of change agents that can help charities better resonate with their donor base while changing their decade's old fundraising techniques. He will help charities benefit from a new currency (once precious items that are now stored, dust-collecting items will be converted to dollars through the efficiency of the internet) to fund substantial projects.

Rob possesses a Business Management Degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is an active supporter and fundraiser for Catholic Parochial schools and a booster for Intercollegiate Athletics through his support of Dayton University and Ferris State University.
