Mike has been involved with helping charitable organizations for over 26 years in a variety of professions. He served for 11 years as a Lutheran high school math and science teacher, coach, and principal in Milwaukee, WI and Houston, TX. These years forged his passion to help many different churches, schools, universities, social agencies, and mission organizations, raise funds to achieve their missions. He has done this both as a volunteer board member and through working with his clients for the past 15 years as a certified financial planner. He will utilize this unique background and training in servant leadership and financial planning to connect churches, schools, universities, and other organizations to the new paradigm of giving offered through Project 12 Baskets.
Mike is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver Colorado, earned a Master of Science Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Concordia University in River Forest, IL with a major in secondary mathematics.
