Charles W. Halash

Chief Operating Officer, Project12Baskets, LLC

Charles (Chay) has over 22 years experience in the Resource Staffing, Computer Services and Software Development industries. He most recently has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chimes, a pioneer in the workforce management industry focused on web-based supply chain management software and service to Fortune 100 companies.

He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a Principal Owner of Project12Baskets, LLC. He is responsible for operations and the service delivery network of associates which assures the monetization of all donated items.

He has run multi-million dollar sales and operations within the computer services industry for both public and private technology organizations. He has managed various quality efforts, including Quality process certification at major automobile manufacturers and subsequent Computer Horizons Corp. ISO 9002 certification utilizing proprietary software. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management and a minor in Journalism from Eastern Michigan University.

Chay has spoken at many professional technology and workforce management conferences regarding innovative trends in the staffing and technology industry. He also served as Parliamentarian on the Eastern Michigan Alumni Board and President of his Alumni Chapter. Chay coaches his six children in a variety of activities through participation in the Catholic Youth Organization and other local community based youth organizations.
