Ben Olson

Chief Technology Officer, Project12Baskets, LLC

Ben has more than 14 years of Information Technology experience developing highly scalable, secure, database-driven, web applications. During his career, he served as the Lead Software Architect at Chimes, Inc. where he designed and implemented web-based business process management software to enable Global 1000 companies to manage their human capital. His Systems Design and Integration expertise engineered powerful software engines that created value for Global 1000 Enterprises by creating leverage for these customers that allowed them to obtain talent more rapidly while enforcing process control that mitigated business risk. The systems also drove quality process improvements that fostered favorable price advantage for the customers. Simultaneously, Ben launched and branded his own service, TaskComplete®, a web-based task management system for web-based team collaboration.

Ben continues to innovate ways to leverage cutting edge technology to deliver web-based systems that enable users to effectively and efficiently manage large sets of data and complex process workflows. With his guidance, Project12Baskets has incorporated the latest technical advances in dynamic web-based applications to benefit charities. Project12Baskets delivers a software toolset that provides a rich user interface for streamlined interactions with data and processes.

Ben is a graduate of Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Michigan with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science.
